Joe, on behalf of myself, my wife and daughter, I want to take this opportunity to thank all those who made the trip possible and so rewarding, in particular Susan, Leon, Tariq and J. P. and their various assistants ... and, of course, lest I forget, the mastermind behind it all, yourself.
